1995 Mercedes E 300 D in good to fair condition. Car is in excellent running and driving condition, I recently drove it to TX from VT and its a very reliable car. Interior is spotless, exterior looks great but there are some flaws in several places. Vehicle gets around 35 MPG on the highway, very smooth solid riding car. If you look up the 95 E300D you will find lots of info on it, the 94 and 95 model were different from earlier ones, including the non-turbo diesel OM-606 engine. These are very reliable cars. As you might expect for a 16 year old car with an original MSRP of $48,000-52,000.... the car has some flaws which I will describe to the best of my ability; Will need AC recharge, drivers window needs some "help" at the very top to close ($22.00 plastic strip is at fault) There are a few nicks and dents (see pictures) On the drivers side doors, there is some rust because the car was dented in the doors and the shop that repaired it did not treat the new panels correctly. The rest of the car is not rusted, considering it is from the Boston/New England area. Previous owner was Harvard professor (sticker still on window) Always maintained and it shows. PLEASE READ: This car is titled in the state of Vermont. Vermont does not issue titles for cars older than 15 years, so there is no title. The ownership documents will include the VT Registration and Transfer of Ownership card, and a bill of sale.
