!966 Goat for sale!! I'll tell you the truth. The only thing left to do on this car is some bodywork and paint. Yes, it is peeling and blistering in some areas and both rear quarters need some work, but other than that this is a super car with lots of money spent on it.It has been completely gone thru. I personally stripped this car to bare bones to make sure that it was worth the effort and it was.The floor pans are all slolid as was the trunk.I completly airsanded the underside of the car then primed and painted it with soundproof undercoating. All I had to do on the interior floor was touch sand it, prime it, and again coat it with soundproofing. Most of the interior is original. I only replaced what was absolutly necessary to keep it as much original as possible. The headliner, door panels, seat covers, dash pad are all original. I replaced the carpeting and some door handles. I also had the dash bezel re-conditioned. This interior is immaculate. The engine was completly rebuilt by a more than well qualified re-builder.Its a 455 with non-matching #'s. I never had it dyno'd so I don't know the true horsepower, but its fast!! It has a small cam in it, as well as a nine quart oil pan, oil pan diffuser and many many internal high performance parts. It now has less than two thousand miles on it. It has a Holley 750cfm carb on it with double pumpers, headers that I had powder coated,MSD 6Al spark box ,Mallory street performance distributer,overpowered alternator,Rodney Red aluminum radiator, Pypes 2 1/2" stainless steel exhaust with x-change-x crossover pipes with exhaust cutouts to run open headers by removing three bolts on each side, and on and on. The front end was completely stripped and relaced using the best high quality parts. Nothing was left untouched. I had the upper and lower control arms powder coated as well as the radiator core support and the upper support panel. As for the body, like I said, it does need some work. Right now it is still a great 20 footer, I still get alot of compliments on the car, but with a little work this is a show car. As with any of these great classics, they always need a little something here and there. You know what I mean if you've ever owned a classic before. Any questions please don't hesitate to e-mail me .
