2002 Ford Explorer XLS 4 Wheel Drive, Automatic, 4.0 V-6 This 2002 Ford Explorer XLS has Cruise Control, PL/PW and 142,512 mostly highway miles. It has about 500 miles on a brand new battery and alternator, new rear brakes and rotors and a new rear wheel bearing. I consider it does not owe me anything so high bidder drives away with a decent 02 Explorer, since I replaced it with a pickup that I need for the summer. The LOW KBB trade is about 3250, and Low retail 4,500...but again I have no reserve on this vehicle. It has been well maintained and the engine compartment has always been that clean. Exterior and interior clean and from a non-smoking family. Has a brake controller and hitch from pulling our pop up camper. The hitch pin is rusted and wont come out so it goes with the vehicle. Needs a rear wiper motor, and the power door locks only work from the passenger switch. The rear glass was also just replaced, and could use paint if you want it to properly match. Also, a door switch is "sticky" again, as the "door ajar" is illuminated. Power mirror switch also not working 100% of the time. Tires will need replacing soon but inspectable.
