When I listed the bike I wasn't sure if the factory 3 year / 36k warranty was transferable so i listed it without it. It appears that the factory warranty IS transferable. That being said, there is approximatley 18 months of warranty still avaiable on the bike. Also many folks have asked about a buy it now price, I tried to add one but was unsuccessful due to the fact that I had already received an opening bid.
