Up for auction is a 1979 Z-28 Camaro all number matching.... "PLEASE READ CAREFULLY" It has a Borg Warner super T-10 transmission and a 350 engine. The motor that is in it right now is out of a 78 Z-28 I pulled the original motor to store it so nothing could happen to it. The original 350 comes with it and the original heads have already been done and they come with it.. THIS IS A RESTORATION PROJECT. The car runs and drives but it runs kinda rich. The exhaust needs to be done, it ends at the catalytic converter. Needs some electrical work in the dash, maybe a loose ground. I purchased this vehicle from a car lot in Spokane, WA and I have owned it for 14 years. I just cant find the time or the money to restore it. I love this car but it kills me to watch it sit there. I would rather a collector who has time and money to restore it and take care of it..The car has manual windows and locks, NON AC, has rear defrost and T-Tops. The body is in really good shape, there is no rust in the quarters or the floor very clean body. Now the BAD the rear end is 373 NON posi. Im guessing some one blew it up at some point and put an open carrier in it but i dont really know. It has a crack on the left B pilar in the factory seam. Some idiot cut 6x9 speaker holes in the doors, and the rear package tray has 2 8" holes cut in it...a dent in the drivers door and the rear spoiler paint pealed.. The car NEEDS A COMPLETE PAINT JOB It had a cheap paint job put on it before i owned it. THE CAR COMES WITH THE BUILD SHEET and all other documents I have. This car is sold AS IS WHERE IS-NO WARRANTY. I have tried to disclose everything that I can think of. If you need more information or more photos, please let me know.
