Im selling my 1997 Honda Civic CX. If you are not familiar with the CX body type it is the lightest which is great for going fast, also great for gas mileage. I rarely but gas in this car. However the CX doesnt come equipt with any power options such as; steering, windows, locks and seats. The CX also doenst have an A/C compressor which means no air conditioning. I recently bought a new car and need to get rid of this one. Ive have the car for a few years and Ive had no problems at all, it still runs strong and oil has been changed every 2500 miles with synthetic oil. The previous owner had issues with the head gasket so he informed me that he had replaced the engine with one that had roughly 60k, I'd say the engine has nearly 75k on it now because I rarely drive it. The engine is completely stock, however I changed the appearance of the 1997 Civic and updated the front end to a 2000 conversion.I put a custom rubber lip on the bumper because its so low that the Type R lip would scrap and I didnt want it to break, I still have the lip though. The car is really low but handles great. I would recommend raising it a bit because the passenger side tire rubs when doing a u-turn or on slightly big bumps in the road. It is unpainted as you can see from the pictures. I still have all of the 1997 front end incase you wanted it aswell at no charge. The interior is in good condition, the rear hatch section looks as if something has spilt on it, thats the only imperfection with the interior. Theres is no hole for the antenna because it was relocated to the fender, which is now replaced and there is no hole for it, so its in the glove box and doesnt receive good signal so I purchased a cd player. The windshield has a crack running straight down the center which passed inspection here in Virginia. Roof rack can be sold with car but the trays will not. Any questions feel free to ask. I will subtract the cost of the fog lights from the cost of the car. Thanks
