Vehicle Detail

True 1974 Chevrolet Camaro Z-28 for sale. I bought this car last year to cure my depression after my Pristine Condition 1974 Firebird was totaled out in an auto accident. I recently happened upon the opportunity to purchase another 1974 Firebird and I unfortunately cannot keep both cars. So the Z-28 must go. The car has been a daily driver since I bought it and was only driven on nice days. It is currently licensed and driving. Some history on the car, I bought it last year from the second owner (according to him), He had owned it for several years and had completed an amateur restoration in the late 90's, early 00's. I say amateur because he only did the outside, He installed new rear quarters and did all body work and painted it this nice blue color. He rebuilt the engine and bored it to a 355 added World product Sportsman 2 heads and pro comp roller rockers, He added a bigger cam (sorry I dont know the specs), and topped it off with a Edelbrock Rpm intake and Holley 750 CFM carburetor with K&N filter. Car has dual exhaust with Hooker Headers. Transmission is a TH-400, he said he installed a stall converter and shift kit but I cant tell by looking at it, it also needs a new pan gasket as it leaks. Rear end is posi and he added 4.10 gears and very wide rear tires. The engine was rebuilt approx. 8000 miles ago and runs great. It is running rich as the carb is too big so when you start it on cold mornings it smokes for a min. The interior is all there minus the headliner. It does need work but will do for a daily driver. Now for the bad it needs the floor pans replaced the right way, he just patched it up with sheet metal, sheet metal screws and glue and then covered it with automotive carpet. I have never been under the car so I dont know how much was patched. The bodywork is showing through on some spots on the body and has some damage on the hood from it being shut on the air cleaner stud. I have another hood to replace it if the winning bidder wants it. Also the speedometer doesn't work, probably needs a cable but I never bothered with it. I also put in a new master cylinder for the brakes and completely flushed the system. Guy said he installed new front and rear springs as well. I would recommend the car being transported. Any questions please feel free to email me and I will get back to you quickly. I have described the car to the best of my ability and will be sold without any warranties. If you bid and win then you own the car. I recommend having someone look the car over before you bid as I have done my best to describe it but am not perfect. The car is used and sold as is. If you have Zero feedback please email me before bidding or else your bid will be canceled. I require a deposit of $500 due within 48 hours and the rest in cash or certified cashiers check within 7 days. Thanks and good luck bidding!
