This 1985 Mercedes-Benz 300 Series SD Diesel Sedan has no reserve! Still a true mpg saver!!!! It is Tan with Brown interior. 244,039 in miles. Its in good shape considering its an1985 and has 244k. Body is sound. Tires are in great shape(look new). SEE PICTURES: The exterior has drivers left panel bump. There is a small paint chip on drivers front door. The interior: the front seats have wear, the passenger seat has a tear where seam is, the armrest has a tear. The back seats are good and the carpeting is good. Any more pictures need please give me your email and will send more. Overall I think the cars is in good shape. It can be picked apart... but we are starting it out at $1000(not a lot of picking room)! We took it in as we are selling it. We have not taken it to a mechanic. We drive diesels ourselves and the motor sounds very good. Cold starts the car runs good. Once it warms, about half hour to an hour, the 4th gear overdrive doesn't always work.We did not service, or look into it at all. This is how we took the trade in.It could be as simple as an oilchange/filter/fluid. Those who know about Mercedes will know what is wrong with it. You can drive this vehichle with no problem, just cant count always on 4th overdrive. The engine itself is worth $1500. So anything over $1000 wins it at the end of the 7days.
