Up for sale is my 1998 Ford Contour SVT. I bought this car off ebay with the intent of replacing the motor and keeping it for a daily driver, but I'm still knee deep on another project and won't have time to get to it for a while. The car is black, but desperatly needs a paint job. The MNB interior is in near perfect condition. The motor starts right up and does run, but I believe the headgasket is going out. I drive it to the store and back every week to keep the battery going and so far no issues, but I don't know about a long drive. The car is 100% complete and is not missing anything except the radio. The steering rack is bad, but I have another one I will include if requested. Windshield is cracked (sorry I don't have an extra one). Also, there is a slight knock in the front end, either a ball joint or a bushing (nothing major). Oh yes, lastly, the temp gauge is broken and the odometer says 147k miles, but the history report shows closer to 180k I believe. I will have to verify this. Everything else is fine on the car, like I said, I do drive it occasionally. The car also has a set of Konig rims with tires that have about 40-50% tread left and an aftermarket exhaust system that sounds really good.
