The transmission was acting up so in January 2011 over $5000 was spent to repair and it comes with a 2 year 24000 mile warranty, so its good till January 3rd 2013 or 65627 miles. So no worries here. Like I said a very well maintained 42k mile Jaguar. That only averaged 3000 miles a year. All in all, this Jag XK8 has been well maintained and ready for a Summer cruise!
