For sale is my wife's 1968 Camaro. I bought this for her from a widow as an incomplete project car. She stated in her ad that this is an SS and has the original mileage. I can't verify either of these statements but the title states actual mileage. This is a 4 speed 327. The last digits on the pad are KL which from what I found on the internet is a 1967 327/275hp so I highly doubt this is the original motor. Without the original motor there is no way that I know of to verify whether or not a 1968 is a true SS. The car runs, shifts and drives good. It has power steering and manual drum brakes. It has a new headliner, front seat covers, and door panels. The dash pad and carpet both look fairly new. The backseat is in good shape with no tears. All of the emblems are new. It has a new front bumper and grill and the stainless drip rail looks newer as do the exterior door handles. The wipers are new and the stainless around the windshield and rear window shine and are in good condition. The wiring was non functional when I got the car. I went through it and connected all of the grounds and all of the lights are working except turn signals. The glove box door is warped and needs replaced along with the hardware. I have it temporarily attached so this is not a pressing need to do right away. If I was keeping the car I'd also replace the tires and rims. Underneath is in good shape as well.
