1979 Dodge Adventurer 150 "Lil Red Express". Mostly complete, very little rust, runs and lot drives, This is a factory air condition truck with bucket seats and AM/FM/cassette. Let me start with paper work, there is no TITLE, this truck has not been used in several years, a VIN check came up clean, buyer will recieve a BILL OF SALE. Drive train = The motor runs quiet with no knocks or rattles, it does smoke a little, it is in bad need of a tune up and fresh gas, I ran it off a boat tank do to the fact the fuel line had been diconnected by previous owner and there was no gas cap when I purchased the truck. The transmission takes gear quickly and even with it running poorly, it pulls forward and reverse and drives on level ground. 12 bolt 9&1/4 rear and all four express wheels are there, 2 have flats and that is why the plain wheels are on the front. Body = The only rust out are some pin holes in the floor on both sides, it is solid around cab mounts, all other rust is surface only and has no significant deep pitting. The bed and rear fenders are very good, but all the wood is missing as are the metal floor strips. The front fenders have some minor damage but are very fixable, the doors are solid but the window cranks are inopperable. This is what I know is missing = The grille and front bumper did not come with the truck, but I do have a decent grille and bumper to go with it. All the wood for the bed as I stated earlier. The exhaust guards are gone but the stainless tips are there. The center caps for the wheels are gone.The arm rest portion of the center console is missing. There may be a small part missing that is not visible, but everything this truck needs can be purchased new, found here on eBay or used from a regular pick up. The glass is good except for some fog in the windshield, the frame is good. The odometer reads 07555.5, my best guess is that is 107K. I have removed the ignition switch to get a key made and will try to have that done before auction ends. The interior is black, but the passenger door panel is red. This will be a seven day auction with a low reserve, buyer will be responsible for pick up/shipping. Payment by paypal, certified bank check or of coarse, good ol cash upon pick up, and must be completed within 7 days of auctions end, paypal must be within 48 hours. Truck will not be released until full payment is made and cleared, truck can remain here for up to 60 days after payment.
