Hello eveyone, you are looking at pictures of a very nice 1984 Jeep CJ-7. This is a nicely done totally RUST FREE Jeep CJ-7. This is a factory tach, tilt and clock Jeep. The Jeep has a great running inline 6, 258 cubic inch motor in it. The motor has lots of power and runs smooth. The transmission is the very sought after heavy duty T-176 4 speed manual, it is in perfect working order. The transfer case is a DANA 300, it is also in excellent working condition. The front axle is a DANA 30 with disc brakes and manual locking hubs, it is in good working order. The rear axle is a AMC model 20, it is in good working condition. The Jeep has new 2 1/2 inch Pro-Comp front springs in it, and semi new 2 1/2 inch rear spring on it, the set up is complete with new Pro-Comp shocks in each corner. The 2 1/2 inch suspension lift allows enough room to clear the 33 inch tires while still maintaining a smooth stock like ride. The tires are 33 inch Yokohama Geolander all terrain radials, they have 90% or more tread on them and are in excellent shape, the tires are mounted on polished aluminum American Racing Outlaw wheels with the proper offset, the set up looks perfect and gives the Jeep that just right look. As you can see in the pictures there are a couple of lug nuts missing on the front wheel, we have ordered a new set of locking lug nuts for it and they will be on it in a few days. The Jeep runs and drives great. As you can see from the pictures this Jeep is in excellent condition, it just underwent a cosmetic restoration by us. The process included the following.. We started out with a nice great running mostly original stock Jeep, we completely stripped the vehicle down and went to work, the work included the following labor and list of new parts. Once stripped down the Jeep was sent to have the inside of the tub sand blasted and sealed before having the LINE-X spray in bedliner applied. After that process the Jeep was painted its original color of sunkist orange using 2 stage paint. Here is the list of all the new interior and exterior parts which were installed during our reassembly. - New windshield with new windshield gasket. - New factory style fender flares at each corner. - New rear tail light housings with new lenses. - New front fender side lenses. - New polished outside side mirrors. - New Jeep decals on the tub. - New 31 inch BFGoodrich all terrain spare tire on factory wheel with new spare tire cover. - New polished hood latches and windshield hold down loops. - All 3 factory seats refoamed and recovered to stock specs. - New black seat belts. - New steering wheel. - New shifter boot. - New shifter knobs. - New chrome trim around gauges. - New front turn signal lenses. - New windshield to cowl weatherstriping. - New windshield wiper arms and rubbers. - New stainless steel grab bar All the other parts on the Jeep are clean OE parts. All the lights work perfect. The Jeep has no stereo in it. Overall this is a fantastic looking and driving Jeep CJ-7 that gets complimented all the time. It is in beautiful shape and ready just in time for the summer. I think that just about covers everything, if you see something that i missed please don't hesitate to call or write at any time. Please note that this Jeep has ONLY had a cosmetic restoration, even though its a great running and driving Jeep please don't expect it to be absolutely perfect.
