1999 Sierra 2500 ext cab 4x4 diesel 6.5 turbo. This has been a GREAT truck. the 99-00 we the best of the 6.5's with all the good upgrades. I added a few things years ago to make it even better and more reliable.Duramax fan upgrade,SS Diesel high output engine heater,#9 resistor, SS Diesel FSD cooler, SS Diesel 4 inch exhaust, AFE air intake kit. 2 inch lift kit (rear springs) front new keys, longer travel shocks all around. 2007 2500HD wheels with 265/75/16 BFG All Terrain's E range.Trailer brake controller, Kobalt locking tool box low profile. In the last year the truck has had, coolant flush/ fill, fluids changed, new brakes all around, 2 new interstate premium batteries. I would get in this truck right now and hook up a trailer and drive anywhere ! I mean to Alaska and not think twice. SLT package with power seats, windows, locks mirrors, and so on. 4.10 ratio With Locking rear. NEVER been stuck. Including going through the blizzards on untouched roads. I get about 20-21 mpg on the highway at 65 mph and about 18 bombing around the back roads and 15 towing a tractor at 6500 and a trailer at 2800 lbs so 9300lbs. I no longer have my show tractor and the use of the truck is just no longer needed. I have been driving in most everyday to work but plan on driving my car when its gone.
