1991 CHEVY VAN with refrigeration unit. This reefer Van was used by Budweiser since 1991 to host events and parties. It has a 110volt refrigeration unit installed which I was informed when I bought it, November 2010, was completely overhauled at a cost of $2000. The van is insulated and it has an adjustable thermostat. There is a thermometer in the cab so you can see that your goods are staying cold. The refrigeration unit works on 110v on a standard 15amp breaker; therefore, if you were to install a power inverter and a deep cycle battery you could drive while powering the van (that was my intention, but I ended up not selling cold goods). It passed smog here in CA in November I used it for a for about 3 months, but it has been sitting, starting occasionally. It will start right up and you can drive it anywhere, but the carb could use a rebuild (there's hesitation and surging under power), may need to be done before passing smog. It's a 1991 van so dont expect it to be new, but there's nothing even close for the price and it does keep nice and cold. It has three holes in the side (used for beer taps, plug 'em or use 'em, up to you) and two mounting pins (for a spill rack, which is included). It's got a full size spare and the tires are in brand new condition. It includes an AM radio!!!! I'm trying to think of everything but Im sure Im forgetting a lot, so please ask any questions you have. I can't ship this, but if you set it up with a freight company I will do what I can on my end. Otherwise picking it up in central coast CA is ideal. Great uses for this vehicle would be fairs and farmers markets, or even bars and restaurants hosting outdoor events where they need to have beer available at a convenient location.
