1968 Barracuda Fast Back 225 6 cyl 902 trans I purchased in 1994, the body work had been done and was primed for paint, before I painted I removed both front and rear glass (broke windshield replaced with new tinted) and all chrome to prep for painting, 1995, I sealed the primer with a epoxy base primer then sprayed 2 gallons of single stage epoxy (no clear coat) paint still looks good after 6 years, but there are some rust problems that will have to be addressed, I did not do any major body work prior to painting, I did update the interior from a bench seat and rear seat which were in very poor shape to the interior form a 1990 Dodge Daytona,the floor pans showed just surface rust and were solid, Have a working 8 track stereio and a AM FM CD in glove box I wanted a comfortable driving car not a show car , but I do have two bronze placks (05-06) at Florida Mopar National shows, also my car was used for a photo shoot for a magazine add. Runs very good but will need wiring work(new wiring harness), tires and dash pad is in very rough shape(have extra material used on door panels that could be used to cover). This car was a white / white car originally and has factory A/C (have compressor off engine but will need new condensor) also replaces gauges with mechanical and added mini tack, also updated cyl head to 1976 because original had a bad valve also replaced radiator from V8 car,I have original wheels and have a modified 2 barrel manifold.
