This is an absolutely pristine 1986 Honda VFR 750 F Interceptor that is in showroom condition. You will not see another example of this bike in this condition. You could prep it for storage and put it in a collection or a museum, or just hop right on and ride, ride, ride. I purchased this bike 1.5 years ago and have put about 900 miles on it riding very selectively but I am just too old for a sport bike though I hate to see her go. Here is the text from the original Ebay ad that I bought it from, the only thing I have added is a brand new set of stock Metzler tires as the old ones were dry rotted. This bike was purchased from the second owner and never ridden hence the mileage. It was then purchased by a 26 year veteran motorcycle mechanic and here is the list of what was done to ready her for riding again after a long stint in a garage. All OEM parts were used. Fuel lines, fuel filter, carb packing kits, needle and o seats, intake manifolds, spark plugs, air filter, new battery, petcock, grips, fork seals, oil & filter, coolant. Labor performed. Forks rebuilt, brakes and clutch fluid flushed, coolant flushed, chain lubed and adjusted, carbs completely rebuilt, carbs synched, all new fuel lines and filter, oil & filter, fuel system flushed, plugs & air filter. I purchased the bike from this mechanic and had it shipped to Florida from California and like I said all I have done is add a new set of Metzlers and ride. I now have a 2011 Triumph Tiger as well as my BMW R1150R and have been letting the poor Honda not get the attention she deserves. Remember, you will never see another like this in this condition. It even has the stock Honda / Kenwood stereo installed - cool !
