MINT CONDITION INSIDE AND OUT, ACURA DEALER SERVICED WITH RECORDS AVAILABLE AT ACURA, AND 122,xxx GENTLE MILES. ALL ORIGINAL BODY PANELS AND PAINT: NO ACCIDENTS EVER! DRIVES LIKE A DREAM. I AM HONEST IN MY DESCRIPTIONS. -- Here it is in all its glory -- PLEASE LET ME STOP YOU NOW IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR AN INEXPENSIVE, "NORMAL" MDX. THIS IS NOT THAT CAR. THIS IS A CAR ONLY FOR SOMEONE THAT WANTS THE BEST, TOP-OF-THE-LINE, NEAR-FLAWLESS ACURA. IT’S FOR SOMEONE THAT CAN APPRECIATE THE DETAILS DESCRIBED BELOW, AND THAT UNDERSTANDS THAT WITH THESE CARS YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. I PAID TOP DOLLAR TO GET THIS CAR AFTER LOOKING FOR A WHILE BECAUSE MY WIFE DRIVES IT. SHE'S WORTH EVERY PENNY (MY WIFE AND THE MDX!). THERE ARE BEATER MDX'S, NICE MDX'S, VERY NICE ONES, AND MINT ONES. THIS ONE IS MINT. IN TERMS OF OPERATING CONDITION AND OPTIONS, IT IS BEYOND MINT. Here's the deal: -- This is a 2003 Acura MDX Touring AWD, in quartz grey metallic with dove grey leather interior and matching carpets. It has 122,xxx original miles, been Acura dealer serviced, has a clear title with no issues, and not a single problem. Three full inspections have already been done. -- -- Exterior 9.75 out of 10 (I'm finicky) - Fantastic overall condition paint, body, glass, and trim. Few if any scuffs or scratches. It looks gorgeous, with a deep glossy shine to the metallic paint. This MDX looks great even under fluorescent light in a garage. -- -- The body panels are all original. Every panel, including the front and rear bumpers, have their factory VIN# stickers in place and paint meter between 5.0 and 5.5, proving that they are original. This car has never been in an accident, not even to the bumper covers! Even the lower side-body moldings are clean and shiny. Glass/rubber/chrome/trim is all good. No rust anywhere. -- -- Look at the body panels…they are perfectly straight -- -- The tires are the factory correct Michelins with around 50% tread remaining. -- -- Interior 9.9 out of 10 - The interior overall including all seating and door leather, headliner, seat padding, dash, console, and carpets are in fantastic condition. No dash cracks, carpet rips, stains, or wear/cracking on the leather anywhere. The seats look and feel new. I took these interior pictures so you can see the actual carpeting that is UNDER the mats....it's spotless like everything else. You won’t find a nicer condition interior on a 2003 MDX with half of these miles! -- -- The door panels and wood trim are also perfect. -- -- More of the great interior -- -- Even the hatch and storage area are immaculate. The spare and jack are mint as well. -- -- Electrical 10 out of 10 - All lights, switches, radio, nav, DVD player, windows, wipers, seat motors/memory, and power mirrors work perfectly. Nothing is amiss, including locking system, seat heaters, or anything else. This MDX is in PERFECT OPERATING CONDITION. -- -- The HVAC system is fast to respond, and perfect. Heat is hot and A/C icy cold. Windows, sunroof, locks, etc. all perfect. -- -- This MDX is a Touring model with factory navigation, CD changer, and factory DVD entertainment system with remote and 2 sets of headphones. Wow! -- -- Mechanical 10 out of 10 - Engine starts, idles, runs, and revs to redline in every gear smooth and strong. Transmission is smooth and downshifts eagerly. AWD system works perfectly, as does ABS, traction control, and all the other features. Runs at high speed with no vibrations or noises. There are no leaks. -- -- Engine is strong and VERY eager to run, transmission smooth and ready to drop down two gears at your command to rocket you past slower traffic. Brakes are solid and pedal feel is firm. Suspension is tight like new, steering nicely weighted with no play in the box, and alignment (including thrust angle for steering wheel centering) right on target. ZERO leaks or noises. This MDX drives and handles like new. Look at the engine bay condition for 122K miles! -- -- This MDX has the original Acura books in the leather folio, clear title, and key with working remote fob. All routine maintenance is done to make her a “plug ‘n’ play” car for her next owner…just put gas in and go! -- -- Everything is in great shape, and at 122K miles, it's not even broken in yet! Three complete inspections have been done already so you have nothing to worry about! –- -- At the BIN price, I will include the following: a brand new set of highway touring tires, new all-season Acura OEM floor mats, and a full $200 detailing including engine bay, carpet shampoo, leather conditioning, orbital polishing, and hand wax. – -- Nits: A few minor nicks to the rear bumper, and one thin scratch to the passenger-side rear door (some/most of it will come out in detailing), and THAT'S IT!! The remaining balance is due within five days of making the deposit. You must scan/email or fax us your state issued driver’s license after you make the deposit. As final payment for the vehicle, we will accept a certified bank check, bank loan check, wire transfer, or cash. We will not release the vehicle and/or title until funds clear back to the issuing bank. If you pay cash, you can pick up the vehicle immediately. If you pay by wire transfer the vehicle will be available for pickup once funds are available in our account. If you pay by bank check, you will have to wait until the funds clear back to the issuing bank unless alternative arrangements are made. If payment is made using a check we will hold all vehicles and titles for nine (9) days or until the funds clear back to the issuing bank. Bidder’s Age: You must be 18 years of age or older to bid. Storage Terms: Once a vehicle has been paid for in full, we will store it free of charge for five (5) calendar days and at nineteen ($19) dollars per day after that. Liquidated Damages: In the event that the winning bidder refuses to honor his/her obligation to purchase the vehicle, we shall be entitled to liquidated damages from that bidder in the amount of two thousand dollars plus two hundred dollars per one thousand dollars of the total purchase price of the vehicle.
