Vehicle Detail
Up for bidding is a 2000 Dodge Ram 3500 Wheel Chair Van with 76,199 miles on it. I bought this van and one other in July of last year for a wheel chair transport business, and after we started running calls I found out that most of my transports were walk on so I bought two small cars to transport these patients. The insurance was too high to have two wheel chair vans and two cars so I took this one off the road to save some money thinking that we might need it later if we started transporting more wheel chair bound patients, that has not happened, so I am selling this one. It has been sitting and only driven about a week around the block at our home to keep it running. As you can see in the pictures it is a very nice van. It runs great (at least the last time it was driven for any length of time it did). I make no promises as to what kind of shape it is in at the present time, it starts and the lift works fine, as for anything else, I do not know and do not want to put any money into it to find out if there is anything wrong with it. I am starting this bid out low for that very reason. I am putting out as many pictures as I can at the moment. A $500.00 non-refundable deposit is due at the end of the auction and the rest either by bank check or money order before the vehicle leaves my yard. You are responsible for picking it up or having it shipped, I know a gentleman who would haul it for you and can give you his name and number if you want it, he hauled the other van from Michigan for me when I bought it. The highest bidder will get a vehicle low miles that still has the new vehicle smell to it. Thanks for looking and happy bidding. I will try to answer any question, but please keep in mind I run my own business and I am also a driver, so it may take a while for me to answer your question. Sorry, forgot to put in here that I have just had the front rotor's, and pad's replaced, a new muffler put on and synthetic oil put in and the transmission serviced to include new filter and fluid.
