1937 Pontiac 2 door SLANTBACK Sedan - All Steel, Frame Off, Street Rod. Look around and see how numerous the 2 door Humpback sedans and 2 door Coupes are. The Slantback is one of the most desirable and Rare 37 Model Pontiacs produced. I have been told by several Pontiac enthusiasts that there were only 420 two door Slantback Sedans built in 1937! This is an all Steel Pontiac, including running boards, that was Professionally Built and finished about 1 year ago. It is equipped with a LT 1 Fuel Injected 350 Corvette V8 Engine and a 4L60E 4 Speed Automatic Transmission. Also equipped with Vintage heat and Air. This Pontiac has 4 Wheel Power Disc Brakes and Power Steering with a 1978 Nova Front Clip. This Pontiac Started as a very Solid Rust free Sedan. It was disassembled and removed from the frame for a total restoration. The body was stripped and Painted 2006 Sunburst Orange with High Quality Base Coat-Clear Coat. The body is very straight. The Bumpers were Re-chromed and Tripled Plated. All new Glass and Seals were installed, including the Butted Windshield. The Interior has Two Tone High Quality Tweed, Formed Door Panels and Tweed Headliner. Both Seats are 6 Way Power. The interior is very comfortable and usable. Both Front and Rear Windows operate smoothly. The Pontiac has Painless Wiring. All New Dolphin Gauges and Electric Wipers. This Pontiac was built with attention to detail and drive-ability. It is even equipped with intermittent wipers. It has new American 17 inch Torque Thrust Wheels and New Radials. The Lokar Shifter and Tilt Steering wheel was installed for added drive-ability. The Undercarriage was cleaned and restored to original. ( see Pictures) This Pontiac Runs, Drives ,and Stops great. Drive Anywhere!
