I am pleased to offer this exceptional 1992 Jeep Wrangler,I am listing this Jeep for a very close friend whos husband passed away last year and now she has 3 cars and 1 driver so this is the only reason the jeep is for sale. I have had the jeep in my possession for 2 weeks and have been driving it so I can better discribe it. She is the original owner and purchased this Jeep brand new in July of 1992. The jeep has very low miles for the year as it was used as a 2nd and 3rd car, there is no body work, no paint work and not one accident so it is 100% ALL ORIG. Every service record was kept even the orig window sticker so I know the jeep was very well maintained. About the Jeep, It is finished in Navajo Turquose Metallic with was an additional 173.00 option with Grey Cloth seats which are near perfect as they were covered since new. It is a 1992 so u real Wrangler guys know this is a real Jeep,I believe the last year of the CJ-6 model. It comes equipped with the optional 4.0 i-6 strait 6 cyl engine, factory shift on the fly 4 wheel drive with auto locking hubs. power steering and brakes and real factory A/C which does work 100%. It comes with a factory hardtop with rear wiper and a complete softtop which is in very nice shape but the hard top is on now. Factory Side Steps, Convieience Group which includes locking center console with 2 cup holders, Int Wipers and Courtesy Lighting. It also has the extra cap fuel tank which was an option and 2 Brand new firestone winterforce tires were put on 2 months ago but the front tires could go about another 10000miles. Aftermarket am/fm cd with kenwood 6x9's mounted in boxs in the back seat area. Custom Installed CATZ Driving Lights included as well. Lastly a complete set of RealTree Outfitters CAMO Waterproof Seatcovers with Side Storage pockets,Front Floor Mats and Steering Wheel Cover, about $140.00 for complete set and looks great..Recent tune up with a new K&N High Flow Air Filter installed and six E-3 Hi Performance spark plugs both for added fuel economy and performance. I put in a Digital Clock/Date,Temp and Digital Compass with a great little add-on and finally a 3 plug outlet to power up all your stuff with room to spare... My driving impressions.... I was amazed how well this jeep runs, no smoke, no oil or fluid leaks of any kind,motor still pulls strong with no pops or pings. Shifting is smooth and clutch is very easy with no slipping but I did notice the car likes to be warmed up for a minute or two in very cold weather. Please remember this is a real Jeep so if u expect a Lexus type ride this is not the Vehicle for you. I believe this was the last year of the real CJ's so it will take anything you can throw at it but they are abit ruff, some wind noise and whistling over 60mph, if u hit a large pot hole you will notice the hardtop will rattle ait but nothing to bad. Some regular Jeep day to day sounds that I am told are quite normal for these model jeeps but it does run amazing and handles beautifully for a 18 year old Wrangler... Just look at the pictures as it says it all..The only things I did notice is the 4wd light stays on for about 15 minutes after u shift out of 4wd but the 4wd does work perfectly, it's just the light, also the knob that turns the a/c on and off is missing, u can still turn it on and off without it but having it sure is easier.All I can say it is a wonderful Jeep Wrangler that will give you many more years of fun on and off road driving for a very little price, this is not a kid owned and beat up Wrangler, CHECK OUT THE PICTURES,It is a Real Gem with very low miles for a 92...
