My grandfather bought this car in 1986 and it was given to me in 2006. This car brought me a lot of fun in my days, but now it must go because I have a newer car. A few years ago I had it repainted, but 1 year ago it was hit by some hail. (which you cannot see in the pictures) The paint on the car is in good condition besides the hail damage. It has been sitting out in front of my house for a while and it will not start due to a dead battery. There was a Chevrolet 350 engine put in it around 83,000 miles, so the engine really only has about 23,000 - 25,000 miles on it, and the transmission is a 350 Turbo. The engine runs decent, but it does need some work. The transmission slips but it can be fixed if you have some knowledge about transmissions, which I do not. I believe the transmission pan has a small leak also. I tried to fix it but was unable to do so. The headliner was sagging when I got the car, but I had it replaced and the upholstery shop that fixed it couldn't get the sunroof right, so there is no headliner on the underside of the sunroof. The backseat has a burn hole in it because one of my friends.... none of them ever fessed up to it. For the starting price it is a pretty good deal. If I could I would part it out but I have no place to put the car except for on the street. Overall, the leather seats aren't in the best shape so the buyer may want to replace them if they wish to do so. As I stated earlier there is hail damage on the car, but it isn't possible to see the dents/dings in the pictures. I have not started the car in about a year so I will not be responsible for any engine troubles, if there are any.
