This little guy runs like a champ; and just in time for summer! We are not the first owners, but have all paperwork from previous owners; we were told the first owner bought this car to tow behind a motor home, so much of the mileage is towing miles. Below is listed the repairs we made during the five years we have had this vehicle. MPG is 31 city/ 35 highway and the state inspection is current. Clutch cable Battery Radiator Water pump Plugs, wires Struts This, of course, in addition to normal service and maintenance. EXTERIOR: There are a few "boo-boos"; namely 1) a very small ding on right rear under tail light ( the kind people do in a parking lot and keep going.) 2) the paint is skinned about 2" diameter on left front bumper (I really thought I could clear that fence) 3) a pebble hit the windsheild and there is a pit there 4) a scratch on the driver's side door that I have shown in the photos (Grandpa doesn't really bother turn turn and look when backing up)! The paint is nice otherwise, and the top is not torn and is in surprisingly good condition for its age. We also have, and most this era don't, the boot that covers the top when it's down. It is in very good condition. Tires are so-so; not new, but not bald either. Probably got some life left in them. INTERIOR: The seat upholstery is faded and stained. Could probably be cleaned by a professional. Couple of small imperfections but overall in good shape. The floor mats are not for this vehicle, but the carpet underneath is in overall good shape. There is one place, about the size of a nickel where it is worn. The radio is not original and has never been wired up; it's just stuck in the space where it goes. It was that way when we bought the car and we never got around to it. Otherwise dash is in good shape. Also, the cover for the speaker in the driver's side door is missing; although I think we have it somewhere?? I have attempted to describe this vehicle as well as possible. Any serious buyers are welcome to preview on site. We are located in Western NC; approx. 20 min. from the Asheville Airport.
