Family expansion forces me to sell my 1971 Buick Skylark. It is not a GS but has been fitted with a Buick 455. I have over $13,000 invested (with receipts) in a binder available to buyer. The car has approximately 1100 miles on fresh built big block Buick 455. Engine 1972 Buick 455 BB .30 over $2000 in professional machining work Estimated 450hp/550+ foot lbs. torque (I can and do drive it everywhere, it’s not too radical to drive) ARP bolts throughout Holley Electric Fuel Pump Full Length Hooker Headers 140 Amp Chrome Alternator New Distributor Hi Torque Mini-Starter TA Performance Timing Chain Cover New 1000+ HP aluminum radiator Dual Electric 1350+ cfm electric fans Aluminum Edelbrock Intake New Edelbrock 750 carb New Battery Brand new 3” exhaust from headers back with Flowmaster mufflers Power steering Power Brakes (all brakes re-done approximately 1200 miles ago) Interior Black rare bucket seat option! I’ve seen VERY few of these, maybe a smarter Buick enthusiast knows the statistics. Interior is in good shape, with only tears in driver’s seat (see pics) New Dakota Digital gauges installed (factory fit) – original gauges included with car. Vehicle Glass and windows all in good shape A/C parts all present but not hooked up In process of weatherstripping (full weatherstripping kit included if not completed) This car has a documented $13,000+ invested in it and my loss will definitely be your gain. My intention was to turn this into a kick-butt GS clone but I have to sacrifice the car to fit my second son. The passenger door does hang slightly and the passenger fender will need tweaked. As Chevelle's continue to rise in price and become harder and harder to get, these Buicks will just continue to raise in price.
