For Sale is a Green 1995 BMW 525i with 137,000 miles listing at NO RESERVE. Car is sold AS-IS. This car has been well maintained, with frequent oil changes and routine maintenance. The 2.5L is fuel efficient, and averages about 18-24 MPG City/Highway. Tires still have 50% life left. Transmission shifts smooth. I have used this car as a daily driver, and it starts and drives normally. Electric windows & seats function fine, driver side head rest moves up/down, passenger side head rest does not function. Car has cold weather package- seats warm up fast! Car has hail damage on hood, trunk, sides and roof, there is a large dent in passenger rear quarter panel there is rust under door panels: see pictures. Gas tank leaks if filled over halfway & needs replacement. I have all service records from previous owner and myself in a three ring binder. (New radiator & thermostat @ 93k , New battery @ 108k) Inspection is good until August 2011. This car features: 2.5 Liter Inline 6 Engine Automatic Transmission Power Door locks, Windows Sunroof Dual Zone Climate Control Heated Leather Power Seats Problems: Gas Tank & fuel door hinge needs replacing: I only fill tank halfway (8 gallons) or it leaks. Hail damage as listed above. Passenger head rest does not move up/down: (Can hear electric motor running inside back rest of seat) Passenger seat belt receptacle sensor is faulty.
