1931 Ford Model A roadster Hot Rod. This is an original 1931 frame and Henry Ford roadster body. The car was built about 5 years ago in traditional 50's hot rod style. The frame has been boxed and the body is chanelled 4 inches. It has a 350 with a TH350 automatic trans, a S 10 rear end and it is very quick car. Brakes are juice set up but they are not power brakes and biased ply tires. It has a 3 deuce carb set up from a 348, the front grill is a 32 truck grill shell and has a great patina look that fits the car. The windshield has been chopped down about 4 inches and has a cool top mounted wiper set up and an original 50th anniversary Ford steering wheel. This is not a trail queen, the flat black is finish over a body with tons of character from being 79 years old, doors are rough but open and close just fine.......its a cool car that always get tons of attention. I bought this car from a guy in the Alter Boys car club.......look them up, they are into traditional 50's style hot rods and thats what this is down to the budwiser overflow beer can and the devil face tail lights. I drove this car once a week all last summer and into the fall, usually driving 60 miles per trip. There were no issues, car performed great even in 90 degree days.
