Vehicle Detail
Up for sale is a 1979 Honda CB750K This has been a good bike. And Can be a daily cruiser, or a great project. I have seen, and you can look up, this bike makes a mean Cafe Racer/Bobber/Rat bike. I am the third owner, My uncle bought it in 1988 with 800 miles on it. I got it 3 years ago with 30,000. I ride from Ogden, Utah to SLC to Park City, no problems. I picked up a fairing last year, I was told is for this bike, and it looks right, but I never tried to put it on. The leather covers are gone on it, so it is the windsheild fairing, with the headlights. I'll also throw in this saddlebag. It solid handmade leather, but its from the 60's. It came off a Harley and is old leather, but it fits and is better than nothing. The Goods Custom sissy-bar, (though the leather is a bit cracked) Custom Kerker Pipes Custom seat (Good condition, and no longer available) Last summer I replaced the chain DID 630 O-ring (150.00) And the front and back tires, (for like 125.00 and 150.00) 500 mile old air filter. And Custom Freeway Pegs for Cruising Plus all maintenance has been taken care of (Oil, Heet, Winter Storage) Oh and I wired a button to the horn to pass safety, the horn button is incapacitated. The Bads I laid it down last year in July, had it back up and running the same day, but the tags expired in Aug, and I havent reregistered. I have kept it in my garage this winter and started it every week or two. Went out today, and the battery was dead, but I jumped it and it fired right up after maybe 20 seconds on the starter. When I laid it down, I was only doing about 20 and hit loose gravel. The damage can be seen in the pics, but there it is a scratch on the engine cover, it cracked the turn signal plastic, where the bolt sits, knocked off the mirror (I had it tacked back on) and cracked the front brake resevoir. There is a small oil leak where the manifold meets the muffler, but nothing huge. Just enough to grease up the engine after awhile. Oh and the clip broke on the left side panel, I believe that is as much as I can think of, Any questions feel free to ask. And thanks for looking.
