Up for sale is GOOD LOOKING 2004 TOYOTA PRIUS with original 83k miles on it. It has the remainder of toyota factory warranty on hybrid system originallly for 8years/100k miles(10years/150k miles in carb states). Its actual gas mileage is around 45MPG and this is the average of city and highway, we have been selling these priuses since last four years and they do around 50MPG in the city and 43 on the highway, imagine saving few hundreds every month while gas is almost $4 a gallon and who knows where it ends up. It has never been into any major accident and has clean title history. Its in good exterior shape with no major dents on it, there are a few minor blemishes like minor scraches and dings here and there but overall the car looks beautiful with all the gloss in nice tan color. Interior on this car is in good shape and does not have any tears or rips, also no hard stains or burn spots. We have left the detailing on the customer to their own convenience. There are no signs/smells of smoke in it. Its loaded with bunch of convenient power options such as windows, locks, cd player, keyless entry, anti-lock brakes etc. Mechanically its in very good shape and needs nothing serviced. There are no service indication lights on it that indicate a service required. There are no leaks on the manifold or exhaust system of this prius. Undercarriage is fine with no major rust on it, please see pictures. All electrical components such as power windows, locks, power mirros work fine on this vehicle. All four tires are in good shape with at least 70% life left on them. No shakes or rattles on any speed. Good brakes that bring this prius to a complete, quick and quite stop with no pulsation. Air conditioner blows cold. Heat blows warm. It starts right up, drives the way its supposed to and shifts smooth into all gears. This prius could be driven anywhere across the nation and could give you years of worry free miles, if serviced regularly. It will save you thousdans in gas every year. Car is in nice shape, won't last as its listed way below book value, buy confidently and drive it across the nation today.

Buying here you are taking chances, you will be saving thousand by buying the vehicle at thousands below retail book value but you will need to spend some of those savings back into the vehicle in order to bring it back to your standards. We gaurantee you will not need a tranny or engine but we don't gauranteee anything else. We only gaurantee NJ state inspection and will pay every penny it costs to have it pass NJ state inspection. All other state buyers will be responsible for their own state inspections done at their own risk and cost. We will not be responsible for any repair costs occured in order to have the vehicle pass a particular state's inspection.

  Please keep in mind that we invest time and money in our auctions, you are not bidding to win the auction and then come take a look at the vehicle. You are bidding to buy and pay for the vehicle. If you need to inspect or test drive the vehicle or have it inspected by someone else at your cost, please do so before bidding. Fee and Tax Information:

• NJ residents pay a state sales tax of 7%, all other state buyers don't owe us any sales tax. There is a documentation fee of $75 please add it to the vehicle price. A 20 days temp tags for out of state buyers are available at our dealership at the cost of $25 each, a proof of insurance is required for the issuance of those tags.
• An immidiate deposit of $400 is due at the time of sale on ebay. Final payment must be recieved by no later than seven days of the closing of the auction. Final payment must be in the form of certified US funds made out to EXCELLENCE AUTO INC,. If final payment is not recieved within seven days, we reserve the right to cancel the sale, forfeight the deposit and relist the vehicle. Any question please ask before bidding.
