2001 PT Cruiser Limited This car is being sold AS-IS but it is a good car.....just needs some TLC.... Currently driving the car daily and it runs good but there are a few issues..... * some body damage (see pictures) * some wear & tear on some of the interior but actually pretty clean for being 10 years old * needs tires * needs some brake work * the check engine light comes on...codes indicate that it is an O2 sensor but this is what the local Chrysler dealer wrote: "REPLACE & PROGRAM POWERTRAIN CONTROL MODULE, RETEST (RAN ALL ELECTRICAL NAD WIRING TEST 2 TIMES FOR REASSURANCE. ALL WIRING TESTED GOOD, NO SHORTS OR OPENS, IF OXYGEN SENSOR IS INDEED NEW AND CORRECT, POWERTRAIN CONTROL MODULE INTERNAL SHORT. the car runs fine even with the check engine light on. * car does not overheat and does not leak oil * will not sell car to anyone in California since I don't plan on having a smog check done Car starts good every time. The battery was replaced less than a year ago (that's approx). Keep in mind that the car is 10 years old but it has relatively low mileage. Would be a good car for someone who is handy with cars (or knows a good mechanic).
