By the numbers this is more rare than a hemi car. Nice driver quality 1970 charger with finder tag and the original 904 automatic transmission. the trans in it is a 3od that has a crunchy 2nd gear syncronizer and a small leak but otherwise works fine. The matching numbers motor was rebuilt by the dealership that sold this car new about 20.000 miles ago and runs great. I have added a clifford intake and a 390 holly 4 bl carb, clifford valve cover, electronic ignition, and clifford ceramic coated headers and true duel exhost with dynamax mufflers and correct factory tips. This car had a 426 hemi in it at one time and the guy that built the car told me after i had bought it from the next owner that it was a one owner car in nice shape until 2004 when it was sold to a kid, and then to the 3rd owner and he built it into a hemi rt clone. at that time the paint color was changed from lite green matallic to sublime the frame rails and floorpans are o.g and rust free. the full rear quarters trunk floor, and dutchman are a.m.d. They did a nice job. This car shows well, and everything works as it should. The seats are recovered 69s the rest of the interior is very nice. the car has front disk brakes and an 8.75 rear with 3.23 and super stock leaf springs. sub frame connectors (set up for hemi) I have owned this car for about 2 years and have been working on all of the small finishing touches like the correct steering wheel in perfect shape, all new window seals, had the grill restored, and so on and so on. This is a super fun car to drive, and everyone freaks out when i open the hood. It sounds really nasty and runs better than you might think it would, and it really gets the milage. I have a 65 mile trip to work each way, and i have done it on 2.5 gallons.
