Currently selling my 1973 Super Beetle I am also selling it locally, i was asking 6,000 but because of damage to the front due to a hit and run I have lowered the price. This car is a beauty, I have owned it for over a year and bought it from a dealer in virginia. The mileage is the original miles!! New: changed ignition from pistons to an electronic distributor, inline fuel pump, clutch cable and tube, brake pads and springs, car power outlet, wiper blades, tires, coil, turn signal wires etc. Features: Dual carbs, scatt shifter, newer radio, smaller steering wheel, after market exhaust. Damages: driver side fender. there is a heat crack on the dash its not big, small tears (3) on the roof lining not noticable. This is an old car that runs great, to get her worked in when i bought her i drove to and from work 15 miles one way to get all the kinks worked out.
