1982 Honda MB5 with less than 200 miles on new 70 cc cylinder, head, piston Mikuni carburetor and expansion pipe. The original black frame has been painted yellow by a previous owner. The original oil injection pump has been removed and is using premix gas/oil which makes it more reliable. All lights, flashers, speedometer and tachometer are working. I installed a brand new battery about one month ago. There is rust and pitting on the tank and the chrome. The original air filter box has been modified to fit the new carburetor. This motorcycle is a lot of fun to ride. This is a great beginners motorcycle as it has all the features of the largest motorcycles, including a 5 speed transmission with clutch and a front disc brake. The after-market 70cc big-bore kit with expansion chamber adds a lot of power, a lot of attitude and a significant increase of power between 8,000 to 10,000 RPM. Unlike four-stroke engines or scooters with automatic transmissions, you have to do a lot of up and down shifting with this two-stroke engine and expansion chamber. Dependable Honda electronic capacitor discharge ignition system makes starting this engine easy. It weighs under 200 pounds which makes it very easy to handle.
