Vehicle Detail

1996 Pontiac Firebird Formula LT1 Convertible For sale is my 1996 Firebird 350. The Good: New high performance tranny (Under 5k miles). Newer motor (Under 70k miles). Beautiful new cloth top with new glass window. Beautfiul new red paint job (Matched old color so looks really nice). New top boot with one little scratch (Call chevy and find out what these go for!) New headliner. Huge aftermarket stereo, 12" Fosgate, Infinity speakers, etc. New back plastic panels. Seats in near perfect condition. Afermarket air intake adds a little extra power and sounds like there's a beast under the hood sucking air. Borla exhaust gets looks from everybody. Lowered on 18s with near near tires. Recently passed smog. Registration paid through May. Headlights work but make the clanky noise when going up and down ($40 part on Ebay).   New fuel pump.   New power steering pump. Garage kept. Gets looks from everybody. Body is near perfect with no serious dents or dings.     The Bad:      Missing a couple screws on the inside door covers.   I replaced one door motor but the other one is slow. I'm including a new door motor for driver's side you just need to put it in. Window goes up and down slowly. I had added a new heater and AC(Replaced the entire thing) but never got around to fully installing it. You will need to wrestle with it a little to get it to fit right and charge the AC (I'll include a can of freon). The glovebox latch broke so the last guy screwed it in place. Get a new latch and you should be good to go. This car goes VERY fast. Lowered and on rims with the top up or down it gets looks from everybody. I had purchased it on Craigslist several years ago and I redid almost everything. The only real thing wrong is with the heat and AC, as mentioned you will just need to spend some time getting it to fit right so the vents work.  Everything looks fine just hot or cold air will only go through the bottom near the pedals and passenger side until you line it up right. A couple screws uder the dash fell out and so you will need to do a little wrestling with that. Please ask any questions. I can deliver within reason for a fee or you can pick up. You can come look at it any time during the auction. The car is located in the Mira Mesa area of San Diego. I've listed the car to the best of my ability. There will be a $300 charge within 24 hours of the auction end which is non refundable, unless I've misrepresented the car in some way. Full payment due within 7 days and you will have 30 days to collect the vehicle during which time it will remain in my garage. Rest assured this car can be driven any distance, it's my daily driver and I have no problems with it. Please ask any questions. Thanks! Steve 619-675-3873
