99 Mercury Tracer LS with factory sport package (Ford Escort) Up for auction is my daughter and son’s high school car. I bought this car over 4 years ago for them both to drive and learn on; they have graduated and it is time to sell the car. It is in GOOD condition; it is a complete running car, everything mechanically works. It does not smoke or leak oil or transmission fluid. Cosmetically the car is about a 5-6 out of 10. There are paint dings here and there (what you would expect for a car of this year). There is a small dent in the passenger side front fender (there when I got it, can be seen in the pic). My daughter had a small mishap with the front end that broke the several of the top plastic bumper structure pieces (they can only be seen with the hood up, bumper isn’t going to fall off). I have made tried to be open and honest on the description. If you have any questions, please ASK THEM before you bid. After the auction ends, the sale is final. 2. Please, only bid on this car if you are serious about owning it and have the necessary funds readily available. Failure to remit your deposit within the time allowed would result in your loss of the vehicle and negative feedback, and it will either be re-listed or sold to the next high bidder. 3. Payment: I will require a non refundable $250 deposit within 72 hours of end of auction and the balance is to be paid by cash when picked up no later then 14 days of end of auction. I have clear title. 8. Shipment: The car must be picked up, all shipping and driving arrangements are to be made by the buyer. Seller is not responsible for shipping. Bottom line. This is a 13 year old complete and running car. It’s not a show car by any means, but very serviceable as the teen-mobile. I did all the work on the car to keep costs down; the factory manuals are included in the auction. There are no major mechanical issues and with the new set of tires, the car should have a few years left.
