Never any accidents, all original body panels and paint, and most importantly lots of good service history at the Mercedes dealer. This car was serviced regularly, garaged, and it shows. It needs nothing but a new owner, and looks/drives like a near-new car. Brilliant silver metallic over dove grey leather, CD changer, COMAND navigation, bi-xenon headlights, heated front seats, leather steering wheel with shift buttons, and more. -- Here is your next car! -- Please let me stop you now if you are looking for a cheap C55. Trust me, there is nothing more expensive on this earth than a cheap AMG Mercedes. Some of these cars have been neglected, leak, rattle, and generally need expensive repairs. It’s easy to buy one for $20K and then put $5K or more into it in repairs. Not this one! IMPORTANT: Multiple complete inspections have been done, including one by an authorized Benz dealer. The car is truly ready to go, and does NOT need expensive repairs like many of them out there. I already fixed what needed fixing, so no worries for the next buyer! Here's the deal: -- It's a 2005 C55 AMG V8 sedan in brilliant silver metallic over dove grey leather/alcantara, aluminum sport trim, and matching grey carpets. It has 76,xxx miles, looks like a million bucks, and drives like a million bucks too! These photos are all taken after a wash and vacuum. No detailing of ANY kind yet! – -- Exterior 9.5 out of 10 (I'm finicky) - Fantastic overall condition paint, body, glass, and trim. No dings, no dents, no scuffs, some surface scratches but most of those will come out in detailing. This car looks great, with a deep shine to the glossy silver paint that's like looking into a mirror. This car looks great even under fluorescent light in a garage, and will look amazing after detailing. -- -- This C55 has never had any accidents, and wears all the original body panels and bumpers. All the paint is all original. Lower side-body moldings are in great shape. Chrome, rubber, glass, trim is all very nice. No oxidation, fade, wear, rust, etc. Headlights and windshield are clear as well.-- -- Look at the body panels.....they are perfectly straight. -- -- The OEM AMG 18” alloy wheels are in nice shape, true with no bends. The front tires have 80% tread remaining, the rears have only 15% tread remaining. But at the buy-it-now price, I will mount and balance new rear tires worth close to $500! This C55 drives straight as an arrow at any speed you choose. -- -- Interior 9.5 out of 10 - The interior overall including all seating and door leather, seat padding, dash, console, and carpets are in amazing original condition. No dash cracks, carpet rips, and ZERO wear of any kind on the leather (driver’s bolster shows zero wear too which in these cars is very rare). Everything looks and feels near-new; you can’t even tell anyone has been in the car. No smoking ever. None of the usual broken storage compartments, missing cup-holders, stress-cracked trim, etc.-- -- The door panels and aluminum sport trim are also in great shape, like the rest of the car. -- - Even the trunk and spare are mint. -- -- This car is loaded including full leather/alcantara AMG sport seats, heated front seats, COMAND navigation, moonroof, bi-xenon headlights, and more. It even has the power rear sunshade. -- -- Electrical 10 out of 10 - All lights, switches, radio, windows, wipers, seat motors/memory, and power mirrors work perfectly. Headrest motors, vacuum lock system, etc. all operating properly. The HVAC system is fast to respond, and perfect with hot heat and ice-cold A/C. -- --Mechanically 10 out of 10 - Engine starts, idles, runs, and revs to redline in every gear smooth and strong. Transmission is smooth yet aggressive, and downshifts eagerly. This C55 runs at high speed with no vibrations or noises. There are no leaks. -- -- Engine is strong and VERY eager to run, transmission smooth and ready to drop down two gears at your command to rocket you past slower traffic. When you floor the throttle in this car, you’d better be prepared to arrive where the car is pointing RIGHT NOW. Brakes are solid and pedal feel is firm. Suspension is tight like new. Steering nicely weighted with no play in the box. This car drives and handles like new. -- -- This car has its books, working remote key, and ALL warranty service history. It’s undergone three complete inspections; one cosmetic with paint meter, the other two mechanical/electrical/body/frame. You name it, it’s been looked at! With only 76K miles, it’s not even broken in yet. All you have to do is drive. -- -- If someone selects the buy-it-now option, I will provide the following: the new rear 18” tiers mentioned above, a full $200 detailing including engine bay, carpet shampoo, leather conditioning, orbital polishing, etc. I'll also include ToughGuard paint protectant. This stuff is simply amazing for durability, as it will last up to five YEARS. Dealers charge up to $695 for this stuff! Also OEM MB floor mats and touch-up paint. If the deposit is not received within the required timeframe and alternative arrangements acceptable to us are not made, we reserve the right to make the vehicle available for sale to another buyer. The remaining balance is due within five days of making the deposit. You must scan/email or fax us your state issued driver’s license after you make the deposit. We also require proof of insurance prior to delivering any vehicle. As final payment for the vehicle, we will accept a bank/cashier’s check, bank loan check, wire transfer, or cash. We will not release the vehicle and/or title until funds clear back to the issuing bank. If you pay cash, you can pick up the vehicle immediately. If you pay by wire transfer the vehicle will be available for pickup as soon as the wired funds are available in our account. If you pay by bank/cashier’s check, you will have to wait for the title until the funds clear back to the issuing bank unless alternative arrangements are made. If payment is made using a check we will hold all vehicles and titles until the funds clear back to the issuing bank. Bidder’s Age: You must be 18 years of age or older to bid. Storage Terms: Once a vehicle has been paid for in full, we will store it free of charge for five (5) calendar days and at nineteen ($19) dollars per day after that. Liquidated Damages: In the event that the winning bidder refuses to honor his/her obligation to purchase the vehicle, we shall be entitled to liquidated damages from that bidder in the amount of two thousand dollars plus two hundred dollars per one thousand dollars of the total purchase price of the vehicle.
