Vehicle Detail

Up for bid is my 1974 Chevy El Camino. I purchased this vehicle with the intention of making her a show car. Unfortunately I am now a college student, which calls for our separation. This El Camino originally came from a private owner in Neveda. It was then purchased by a Good Guys Garage in Minnesota, this is whom I purchased it from. I have been reading descriptions on Ebay trying to figure out the best way to word and describe my '74 El Camino. I am a very honest person and will explain in best detail about the good and bad things. The first great thing is this vehicle is almost completely rust free, it has a small rust spot inside the drivers side door. The body line is perfect all the panels match like a puzzle. The black interior seat is newly refinished and has NO tears or scuffs on it. There is a new dashboard cover which has no signs of oxidation or fading unlike traditional dashboards in older vehicles. The tires are Cooper Trendsetter SE P225 / 75 / R14 and have 99% tread left as these are brand new. It has Chrome Chevy Hub caps, which are my favorite part of the car. She gulps fuel through her rebuilt QuadraJet carburetor. This '74 El Camino is powered by a 400 small block motor which drives a 350 Turbo Transimission. It has a new transmission manifold, heater core, valve cover gaskets, exhuast from the manifold back, and rear spring coils. She does have heat, and has AC connections, just needs a condenser. Does NOT leak any oil or antifreeze. Has a deep red paint that is only 2 years old. Both windows DO roll down. There are parts that could use some attention. As I stated before, for the AC to work it does need a condencer. It does leak a small amount of transmission fluid if it sits for an extended period of time. There is a small scratch on the passenger side of the chrome bumper, and front fender, they are both about 2 inches long. It is not very noticeable on either, but is still there. There is no carpet in the interior do to the fact I had to replace a bad heater core. Overall this car is in exceptional condition, it starts on the first turn of the key and runs like a champ. I have had very good luck selling vehicles on Ebay, as you can see my fedback is 100% positive. Please feel free to contact me at any time with any questions you may have. Please ONLY SERIOUS BIDDERS and HAPPY BIDDING.
