I have 34 Ford 5 Window Coupe old dirt track race car, the car came from the Charlotte,Concord,Kannapolis,Burlington N.C. area. By some of the indications in the car it appears to only have had a flathead motor in the car, the front motor mounts have had plates welded to move the motor back about 5 or 6 inches, the guy I bought it from said the rod coming from chassis had something to do with the flat head set up too. There is no motor,trans,front or rear axles,no title, the old seat, and roll bars are still in the car, the car still has the chassis under the car, the hook to lock the car in second gear is still mounted on the dash. There is no doubt that there were probably many different drivers in this car. The car was White in color at one time and what appears to be a # on the door but hard to tell what it was and also there is a #32 on the deck lid of the car. The car has been painted many different colors over the years too. The guy I bought the car from said it was possible that Bobby Myers may have driven this car but neither he nor I have no way to prove this. If the car could talk I am sure it could tell some good racing stories. This auction is for the Race Car only the one with the chassis still under the car, the other 34 on the trailer is NO longer for sale.
