I have decided to offer for sale my rare hard to find 1995 Chevrolet Suburban 1500 4X4 powered by the 6.5L V8 Turbo Diesel and 4 speed automatic transmission. Truck has 193k miles with is very low for a diesel. It is Indigo Blue with Navy Blue cloth interior. It has bucket seats in the front and the 3rd row seat in the back. It has power drivers seat with lumbar support, power windows, power door locks with remote keyless entry, power brakes, cruise control, AC with rear heat and air, am/fm stereo cassette with CD player. The exterior features grille guard, roof rack, running boards, class III receiver hitch in the back. The truck rides on the newer style 2001 and up light allow wheels and a matching set of tires with plenty of tread left. There have been a few enhancements made to the truck to increase performance and economy. It has a banks 4" exhaust system, it has a remote located PMD (electronic box that controls the IP) which is located outside the engine compartment to increase reliability, and it also has a boost gauge and exhaust temp gauge installed. Some recent work includes: -All 8 glow plugs replaced with 8 brand new Bosch glow plugs right before winter -AC system completely rebuilt from front to rear with brand new (not rebuilt) compressor, new orifice tube in front, expansion valve in the rear, entire system flushed and checked for leaks. -New starter installed -Both batteries just replaced -Newer style alloy wheels installed -brand new brake calipers and pads installed on the front -4wd actuator replaced -AC/heater blower motor replaced -blower motor resister replaced. The engine fires right up, has plenty of power and runs great. The transmissions shifts perfect. All the windows work, the cruise works, the AC and heat all work, the 4wd unit works just fine and pulls thru anything. There is nothing leaking, or burning. No odd sounds. The only thing I can possibly think of that the truck might need is the ABS light is on, and has been since I have owned it. I have never bothered to check it out but its most likely a wheel speed sensor. This is a 16 year old truck so its going to have normal dings and dents. . The intererior is in excellent condition with no rips or tears in the seats. The body is on good condition with normal dings here and there. There are a few dents on the drivers front fender and door from a run in with a deer a few years back. See photos for a great idea of condition. The only reason I am even considering selling it is that the only time I drive it is when I have a bunch of people to haul around, and that is not very often, or I have something I want to haul in the back and keep enclosed. These diesel suburbans are very rare and desirable, and I am quite sure I will regret selling it. In fact, I may change my mind so if you are interested you better act fast. I am sorry I did not clean the truck up like I normally would have for photos. We have been burried in snow here and I have not had a chance. Truck is normally very clean and shines up well.
