3) $150.00 Dealer servicing is charged for cleaning and detailing, fueling, final inspection of vehicle and tire pressure, topping off of fluids, and preparation for transit.

4) Vehicle Inventory Tax (VIT). The State of Texas charges a “.002392 %” inventory tax based on where the Dealer is located. We are located in Fort Bend County. This equates to $23.92 for every $10,000 in the final sales price.

5) Sales Tax- Texas Residents to pay 6.25% Sales tax of the Final Sales Price. Out of State Buyers will pay the Sales tax in their state and county of local residence.

6) Shipping – Buyer is responsible for all Shipping costs and insurance coverage’s. We can arrange worldwide and give you several options to choose from. All vehicles are delivered Freight on Board (F.O.B) in Fort Bend County and the vehicle will be shipped from this location.

All our vehicles are pre-owned and sold in “AS-IS” condition. All inventory vehicles are inspected thoroughly with items addressed or corrected prior to listing them for sale. If a mechanically sound vehicle that was advertised as such fails an on-site professional inspection, the deposit is FULLY REFUNDABLE. Deposits on these vehicles not purchased for all other reasons will be refunded 50%. The reason for retaining a portion of the deposit is to recapture the cost in EBay’s monthly Dealer fees, relisting fees, transit fees and title production fees.

In the rare occurrence we list a “Mechanic Special” vehicle which has a disclosed list of repair items, the $500 deposit will be non-refundable as all items known to us are fully disclosed to the buyer already. Bidders can schedule a mechanic to view the vehicle by contacting us directly.

Any legal proceedings will be in the County of the Fort Bend. Minor cosmetic issues that do not affect the value are addressed in full disclosure to consumers through photos and verbiage in the listing and under the “Disclosures” section. Miles posted can vary slightly due to road testing or in transit for servicing. Vehicles that are 10 years or older and/or exceed 100,000 miles will be sold as miles exempt.

We Accept PayPal for Deposits only. The remaining Balance must be paid in full via cash or bank draft or transfer from a local US Bank. Cashier’s Checks must also be written from a local or US Bank. International buyers may wire the funds to our account.

All vehicles sold come with a full tank of gasoline, full car wash and detail. A final walkthrough inspection is done with the buyer on the phone to confirm the vehicle is at the terminal pickup and the delivery date confirmed.
