Vehicle Detail

1997 Ford Expedition XLT. 4x4. 4 Wheel Drive. Green with tan leather interior. 3rd Row seating (although missing the third row seat). 5.4 v8, automatic trans. Solid rust free body. Runs and Drives Great. Could use a minor tune-up, but still runs and drives fine. It has a slight miss in it at idle. The front windows are off track, they do not go up and down normally. The glass will come off track, but the motor and glass are not broken. The car was donated to the National Kidney Foundation and they have lost the title. I am in the process of getting a lost title. Out of state buyers will have to wait a little longer than in state N.C. buyers. Body is solid with no rust. Interior is solid with only minor wear and tear, specifically the driver seat. A/C and heat. Rear A/C. 4 Wheel Drive works great. Trans shifts normally. Aftermarket C/D player. Full Size SUV. Alloy Wheels. Tires are 50/50. NO RESERVE. As with any used car, there may be some details and information that I may have overlooked. Please keep this in mind as I try to be as accurate as possible with all of my listings. There is a $99.00 admin/doc fee added to all auctions, so please bid accordingly. $500 non-refundanble deposit is due within 24 hours and full amount is due within 3 days. All bidders are encouraged to inspect all vehicles before bidding. All cars are sold as is, where is, with no warranty. On Feb-09-11 at 16:30:35 PST, seller added the following information: The Expedition has a clear N.C. title and history. A N.C. buyer can use the lost title form immediately after purchase, but an out of state buyer will have to wait a few weeks while a new title is obtained from the NC division of motor vehicles. We will both have to wait on them for the new title. Out of my hands. The car runs and drives very good. It has a miss or hesitation in it which is common with the 5.4 v8. My personal Excursion does the exact same thing. The miss will cause the engine light to come on and off. It will need to be repaired by the new owner to pass an OBD2 inspection. The driver window is back on track and will go up and down, but can easily come off track again. In the mean time, I disconnected the window switch to prevent breaking the glass or getting the interior wet during the rainy days. I am keeping the Expedition as it is to keep the costs down a much as possible. The more that is done, the higher the asking price would be. If the winning bidder wants the vehicle serviced and prepped, we will assist anyway we can, but it will be at the cost of the new owner. Thanks for looking, NO RESERVE auction.
