1993 Mitsubishi Montero RS 4 door. Factory Mojave Brown exterior and Nairobi Beige cloth interior(All original factory paint and interior trim). NO RUST OR RUST HOLES; only some areas of very minor surface rust around front suspension, engine bay and general area of the accessory drive pullies. Interior is in virtually excellent, untorn, original condition, with the exception of a moderate-sized tear on the front driver's seat side vinyl-portioned bolster. Every single piece of documentation from new, including original window sticker. 2nd owner from new. 149,000 actual miles. 3.0 SOHC 12-Valve V-6 (141hp and 172lb-ft torque) Four wheel drive, 5-speed manual transmission, a/c, am/fm cassette, p/w, p/l, cruise(all work great and the factory stereo still sounds NICE). New Bosch battery, and is warrantied. A/C still blows cold. Starts, runs, and drives great. Clutch is still in good condition with no chattering, and still excellent holding power. Also, aftermarket electronic starter disable with remote added years ago; still works. Very recent oil/filter change, and should be able to pass CA smog with NO problems whatsoever(NEW catalytic converter installed at 125,000 miles and IS documented within paperwork). Lastly, a new set of NGK V-Power plugs were installed by me personally just a few days ago. The remainder of the exhaust system, including all the other pipes, muffler, and both exhaust manifolds are SOLID and overall the exhaust is quiet. The truck comes with a set of two factory shop manuals specifically for the '93 Montero(One is Engine and the other is Electrical; both gray in color) Clean Oregon title. Please feel free to email me through Ebay, and I should be able to respond back within the same day. ****UPDATE: Please view carefully the two additional pictures which I have just added, clearly indicating the areas of "more significant" body damage along the passenger's side rear quarter and door, but yet not major body damage. I wanted to point this out, as well as there being superficial scratches and rub marks on all four corners of the plastic ends on the front and rear bumpers. Other than that, the interior is excellent, and the rest of the body paint is all original and tight. Lastly, for anyone truely curious: Although this is a big Mitsubishi suv that could be described to some that handles as something similar to a yacht or something, let me assure you that I have put almost 300 miles on the truck myself here in the city, shifting through the gears like a sports car, climbing steep grades up and down the 2 Freeway here, and absolutely no problems mechanically, but the tires could use a balance all around, quite possibly. The engine power is quite sufficient, but this is not exactly a sports truck of sorts. It is not a Porshe Cayenne or some "mint 10 Freeway cruiser", but then again, I am not asking 10K or several thousands of dollars more for this truck. I have tried to describe, to the best of my knowlege, any flaws and other shortcomings of this truck, and am selling the truck "as is", with no warranties expressed or implied. One will really be getting their money's worth on this one, I feel, however!
