Vehicle Detail
This Car is located in Cove, Oregon 97824 1969 Pontiac Grand Prix Model J Great Condition Scale of 1-10 1 being lowest, ten being mint Overall condition 7. Body 7-8. Body is straight the left passenger rear fender is scratched and has a few very small dents and some missing paint but this is in only a very small area. It has a few small paint chips through out counted about 3 maybe a few mm. wide. It is also missing the letter āDā in grand prix on the drivers side. Also missing the hood emblem The engine runs excellent it is a was told it is a 428 V8 engine, But not sure know it is a V8. It shows it has 23,036 miles on it but it is only a 5 dial speedometer guessing it is around 123,000. It also is a 3 speed automatic transmission. Only two previous owners. The Interior has all working lights the seats and floor is in good condition they are all near 8-9 except for the drivers side. Which has a piece of fabric missing about 9 in x 3 in. from the upper seat and on the lower seat it has a couple of seams that had popped that could be easily fixed. The plastic floor mat is missing a piece about 10 in x 6 in. that goes down to the metal but all the rest of the mat is solid and the metal is not weak there. The center console is missing the material that goes on top. But the console is all there. The wood face plate/dash around the radio is broken and the radio is missing a few knobs. This is some information I found on the car. The interior features a sporty and luxurious interior with a wraparound cockpit-style instrument panel that placed virtually all controls and gauges within easy reach of the driver, and was named the "Command Seat". The "Strato" bucket seats were separated by a console slanted toward the driver. Innovations introduced on the 1969 Grand Prix included a concealed radio antenna, Also new were flush-mounted "pop-open" exterior door handles instead of the normal door handles featuring a grab handle and push button. It is a 2 door, front engine rear wheel drive layout for the car. The Grand Prix has all original equipment as far as I know and it is in excellent condition for its age. There is only those few minor missing pieces/tears that I listed above it has no rust. It still runs great. This is a 1969 grand prix Model J. It is white which I believe is original has two or three ski patrol stickers on the bumper. also cannot open trunk can't find the key for it. AC is not hooked up in the car. it was started today and it sounded like a spark plug was not firing. this was running great a week ago it is a great car.
