1981 Jeep CJ7 304 Loaded 72,109 Original Miles Reasonable Rides and Rods presents this very nice 1981 Jeep CJ7 with 72,109 original miles! This CJ7 has received some upgrades, but comes equipped with the original 304 V8 and 4-speed transmission. The Jeep has been well cared for over the years. The fluids have been changed regularly, and it has been tuned regularly. This CJ is loaded with options including: power steering, power brakes, tilt wheel, and ice cold a/c. The engine runs like a champ and does not make any funny noises, smoke, or leak anything. A custom exhaust runs from front to back and with Flowmaster mufflers. The transmission and transfer case perform excellent. The excellent rust-free original body was repainted with a high quality base/clear white (the original color of the Jeep). Always in the south, so it has never had any rust repairs anywhere...absolutely solid. All of the exterior hardware was replaced, as well as the lenses, when painted. The Jeep received a 4 inch lift with new springs, adjustable shocks, bushings and gear box. The Jeep rides on new Pro Comp wheels with Pro Comp 33x12.5/15 tires around. The entire interior was Rhino-lined in black and looks great. The front and rear seats are new black vinyl. The rear seat is a flip seat for added storage when there are no passengers. The top is a new Bestop soft top in black. Also included is a bikini top and mesh half doors to use during the warmer weather. It is equipped with new front and rear bumpers. There is a custom stereo with detachable face and custom speaker boxes with 6x9 speakers. Overall, this is one of the nicest CJ7s that you will find with original low miles. The pictures of this Jeep don't do it justice. It is very nice. Everything works on this Jeep. I have a clear Texas title in hand. I recommend coming in person to see this CJ, so you can really enjoy what a great Jeep it is. I would consider it just shy of show quality. All Sales are subject to a flat Documentary Fee of $50, a $40.75 State Inspection Fee, and a Texas Vehicle Inventory Tax based on .0017489 of the purchase price. Our Documentary Fee is collected by Reasonable Rides and Rods and is not mandated by the state of Texas. Residents of Texas will be required to pay sales tax of 6.25% and registration/inspection fees, but out-of-state buyers may register and pay applicable taxes in their home state.
