Hello- I am selling my 1994 BMW 325i convertible. The car is not running at this time and I was told by my mechanic that it needs a new timing chain. It was running great and I went to start it turned over fine and then stopped. If you are mechanically inclined I found the parts needed at http://www.autopartswarehouse.com/search/?N=0&Nr=AND(wpn_tl_name:Engine+%26+Drivetrain,wpn_cat_name:Cams%5C%2C+Timing+%26+Valvetrain,wpn_scat_name:Timing+Chain) for just around $300 total. It also needs the driver side door latch mechanism , trim around latch and panel needs those plastic clips. It has chrome/aluminum rims but you will need tires. There is a quarter shaped hole in the back window (as you will see in the pictures). There is No damage to the body and the interior is worn but no major damage either. It is a beautiful car and I have been told many times that it doesn't look like a 1994. The Kelly BB values range from $5,700 to $4,700. I must sell because we are moving and I just don't have the money to fix it. :( I bought it in 2008 for 14,000 and it only has 112,000 miles on it now. I am the second owner. This car has to be towed and is located 60 miles outside of Las Vegas. I will bring it to Las Vegas for an additional $80.00 Of course it is being sold "as is" and is a great fixer upper. With a little TLC this car could be brought back up to BB value easily!!!! Also, just turned the rotors and new brakes... Replaced heater core and all hoses connected to that system. In the pictures posted earlier you will notice seat covers. When I removed them today to wash them I noticed that 1) there was a tear in the driver's seat and a hole in the arm rest and 2) The tape that was used to holdthe seat covers on had removed some of the finish. I bought this car with the seat covers on and you will probably want t get some. I have added those pictures. As earlier stated the interior is very worn. Thankx... Bethchloe..
