This is a very rare 1974 Jensen Healey in great condition. Restoring this car was the personal passion of it's owner who recently passed away. His wife has decided to sell this car to someone who will appreciate it and take great care of it as her husband did. We are selling this car on consignment for the owner. VIN#16855 68000 actual miles This Jensen Healey has the euro spec twin Dellorto carburetors that are quite RARE. It has the euro specification cam shafts. It has the newer style exhaust header. Finally the engine has all new bearings and new forged .030" 10:1 pistons. All of these parts were the best available. The engine (Lotus 907 series) now exceeds the euro specification of 185 HP. It has "Turn 6" front and rear sway bars installed and Koni shocks all around. Restoration work was done by Austin Spencer in Rochester NY. It was VERY solid with a GOOD frame and floor pan before this work was started. No loads of body filler any ware. New stock parts were used for all body panels. Both front fenders were replaced as new. The fuel pump is updated to the electronic style. The only repair still required is a new clutch. The existing clutch recently seized up. With a a small amount invested in the clutch and other minor work, this could easily be one of the best Jensen Healey's still on the road.
