Up for auction is my 1999 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 LS. This truck is equipped with the Vortec V8, touch button 4X4, am/fm cassette and cd player, power driver and passenger seats, air, cruise, tilt, power windows, power locks, and it has a towing package and everything on this truck works! It has the 3rd door and the interior is in excellent shape. The air will freeze you out on those hot summer days. It has 223,000 miles on it and I am using it everyday so the mileage will be a little higher. 100 miles a day to commute to and from work are most of the miles on this truck. My dad bought this truck brand new in 1999 and sold it to my uncle 1 year later and he sold it to me about 3 years ago. The history on this truck tells everything about it. This truck has never spent a night outside of a garage it's whole life, and when it got dirty it didn't stay dirty long! As you can see by the pictures, you will not find one this year that shines like this one. I have been in to dealerships and I have had salesmen tell me that there is no way that this truck has that many miles on it! However, it is time for an update for me and it is starting to show some age. There is some bubbled paint on both sides of the bed wheel wells and both sides of the rocker panels are rusted as the pictures will show. I get many compliments on this truck all the time and I always get asked if it was repainted and the answer is no. I have no other explanation other than it has been taken care of very well. I just put brand new Mastercraft A/T tires on 3,000 miles ago. I have always changed the oil and filter every 3,000 miles. Good luck bidding!
