This is a very nice 1940 Studabaker Commander with a 1994 Chevrolet LT-1 motor and 700R-4 transmission. This car also has a Mustang II rack and pinion and Thunderbird independent rear end. Car comes with vintage air and heat and runs and drives well. Car has new paint and the interior is also very nice with no rips or tears in the seats or door panels. The grills have been re-chromed and the windows are tinted glass. The car has a CD player with an amplifier and a retractable lisence plate. Seats are upholstry and vinyl and the door panels are vinyl and carpet. Both the paint and upholstry were done by professional shops and look very good.
