1996 Chevrolet Monte Carlo LS One Owner ! - 96,000 original miles ! Up for auction here is a 1996 Chevrolet Monte Carlo LS. This is a nice used car. It has never been wrecked and it has been adult driven and adult cared for since the day is was bought new. This is a one owner car. This only has 96,000 original miles on it ! The guy that owns this car lives very close to his job. So, this car was just not driven that much. All regular maintenance was kept up with and the name and location of the mechanic is available for reference. The car runs and drives great and still looks nice. There are minor bumps and scratches on the car as you would expect for a vehicle of this age. Please see the many photos below. We tried to highlight most of the noticeable defects. The are no big dents or any big eyesores. The fuel pump was recently replaced. One issue that has not been addressed is that when the car has been sitting for a few days it makes a "clunk" sound when you first move it. After that one "clunk" sound, you can drive it all day and it wont make a peep. It was never a concern or problem but we want to mention it. The tires should be replaced soon ( see photo ). The owner got a new car for Christmas and does not have the space to hang on to this one. Anyone interested in looking at the car can send us an email and make an appointment, no problem. We can accept cash at the time of pick up or a certified check from a local Bank that can be cashed at a local branch prior to the buyer picking the car up. In other words we cannot accept a personal check or an out-of-town bank's cashiers check on the day of pick up. (There are many fake certified checks out there) In the event of paying for the car on the day of pickup, we kindly ask the buyer to accompany us to the issuing bank to cash the check prior to taking the car. One other option is for the buyer to send certified payment via the mail prior to pick up, allowing enough time for the check to clear before picking the car up.
