SquareTrade © AP6.0 BMW M6 - 1985 - Classic BMW Grand Touring Sedan 1985 BMW M6 M635CSI Euro Version For Sale, Silver Black Leather, 136,000 Miles 1985 M635CSi - European "Grey Market" version of the BMW Six Series M 6 coupe. - 286hp 24 valve straight six engine. Car came with fiberglass "lip" over the wheel arches. Car still has working European headlight washers.  - Original owner obtained EPA/DOT clearances and federalized car including changing speedometer and odometer from kilometers to miles. - Silver exterior – repainted prior to my purchase of the car a year ago. - California CARB sticker obtained when the car was titled in California. - Stereo upgrade installed in with a AM/FM/6x CD changer. - Installed custom BBS wheel package in past year. Original wheels available for purchase. - Other modifications - short-shift kit, slightly lowered springs and three gauge cluster in front of the shifter (Oil Pressure, Oil Temp and Amp Meter).- Driver's door was replaced prior to current owner.- Salvage Title, but car has pass all required Connecticut inspections.Frame has never been bent. Never had a major collision. The reason the title was salvaged was because there was a small dent in the driver's door and it was beyond economical repair because the book value at the time was so low.  However, the owner of the car loved it so much and chose to keep it.  The repair was made when he could afford it.  Then the car became road worthy again.  All the repairs were professionally done.  Again, there is NO issue with damage to the frame, or flooding damage, or any other act of god.  Just an honest to goodness really nice M6.  Pictures do not do the car justice, it's very nice and presentable.  Shifts and drives smooth. The "M6" was critically acclaimed throughout its lifespan for its elegant, aggressive "shark-nose" styling, its well-appointed luxury features, and its quick performance. Car and Driver Magazine tested the U.S. "M6" in July 1987 and achieved a 0-60 mph (97 km/h) time of 6.1 seconds.  Road and Track featured the U.S. "M6" as one of the 10 fastest cars in America.  This is an excellent example of the 1985 model year, well sorted and available immediately.  Please call +1 (860) 306-8080 for more information.  Buyer must make all shipping arrangements. _gsrx_vers_335 (GS 5.5 (335))
