Here we have a perfect project truck for someone who has a motor for a 2004 Ford F150 XLT 4X4 or is mechanically inclined to replace the enigne. The body is in nice decent shape, better than what one would expect for a work truck with comparable mileage/model year. However the engine again is not operating properly and must be replaced.
Due to the bad motor, this F150 must be towed out when picked up and taken to its new home.
Both the automatic transmission and 4x4 operation both function properly in this F150. In addition, both new brakes and rotors were added to this truck recently by the previous owner. This Ford F150 also has brand new PA State Inspection on it. It's just the motor that requires replacing. The previous owner of this truck has verified that the mileage is accurate.
